Struggling with Prayer? Advice from the Pope.
In this general audience with the Holy Father, the Pope referred to the passage in Genesis where Jacob wrestles with God. You can find it in Genesis 32: 22-end. It is a passage full of mystery, yet so is the struggle of prayer. It is very easy to become discouraged or perplexed by apparent lack of progress in prayer, but the Pope's teaching might be of some help.

The Trials of Family LIfe
Sorry, no real blog this week. Following the birth of Rose the family has been tested by various bugs and medical problems. Thank you to everyone who has sent us supportive messages and prayer. I am sure we shall be on our feet before long.
